Is it free?
Every report starts with a free preview: the opening and the first sections. You decide whether to unlock the rest. No card needed to get there.
What happens to my chat?
It is used only to write your reports. The messages are deleted automatically seven days after you upload or unlock, and you can delete the chat, its photos and every report yourself at any time.
Which apps work?
WhatsApp exports from iPhone and Android, with or without media, work today, and so do Telegram Desktop exports. Instagram, Messenger, LINE and KakaoTalk exports work too. iMessage and WeChat are next: neither app has an export button, so each needs a separate tool on a computer. The chat can be in any language; the report is written in the one you choose.
How long does it take?
Exporting takes about two minutes. Marco usually needs a few minutes more, longer for very big chats. You can close the tab; the report keeps writing.
Can Marco make things up?
He is told to use only what is in your chat, and every quote is checked word for word against your messages before you see it. Numbers come from counting your messages, not from Marco.
Can I ask more questions?
Yes. After unlocking a report you can ask Marco anything about the same chat, or ask for one person’s own report. Each answer is a new report.
